Galia Melon, conference pears, subtle peat, green olives (sweet), green apple peel, rubbed sage, green tea, black tea, vanilla, herbs, honeydew

Taste| 
Honey, yellow fruits, black tea, white stone fruits, melon, apple juice, gentle warming smoke. Some olive oil and white pepper.

Finish| 
Medium long, warm, hints of peat, black tea, crushed seashells, green olives, brine and warm buttered peaches.
